Tessa van Veenendaal

Tessa joins the NEST team after working in disability support for several years, with a prior background in customer service. Tessa is approaching the final year of her undergraduate degree in Medicine at Monash University, having taken a year off to pursue a Bachelor of Medical Sciences (Honours) at the University of Oxford in 2024. On completion of her medical degree, she aspires to pursue speciality training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, a field she fell in love with during clinical placement. She has a passion for healthcare and delivering quality, empathetic care to all patients. 

In her spare time, Tessa enjoys reading, pilates and cooking. She has a passion for travel, and loves exploring new hobbies- currently she is training for her first triathlon.
